What is good?

Happy, joyful, well-being, compassionate, the good life, loving. These are all aspects of parenting that make us want to have children in the first place. It is so very important to have goodness – good feelings, good relationships etc. – in your own life as a parent AND in the relationship with your child or children. This part of the blog highlights research behind many positive psychological constructs (happiness, love, flow, life satisfaction, etc.) and how to put them into practice as a person first and then as a parent.
